This incredibly tasty, fluffy and moist cake, makes the perfect healthy Keto treat!

The recipe below for Berry Almond Slice, has only 9 ingredients and is indeed very easy to make.

Ingredients:

6 eggs
200g of Xylitol
200g Ground Almonds
5 TBSP Coconut Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
6 TBSP Water
6 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
120 ml Double Cream
200 g of Berries Of Your Choice

Instructions:

1. Heat up the oven to 160C or 320F
2. Separate egg whites from egg yolks, and beat egg whites till stiff and set it aside
3. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and set aside
4. In a mixer, mix egg yolk with Xylitol until light, yellow and fluffy
5. Reduce the speed of a mixer and slowly add all the dry ingredients, until properly mixed
6. At the end add egg whites and slowly incorporate them into the mixture
7. Finish with adding water and oil and mix again gently
8. Spread all on a pan (23 cm square one or 23cm x 28cm ) and add berries of your choice
9. Bake for about 30 minutes
