Walter has a BSc Hons in Maths & Physics, and MBA – both from University of Glasgow and has been in the “new technology” sector with all its evolutions for most of his working life. 20 years ago, founded an international executive search company, Solutions Driven, now managed by his son, Gavin, with client locations in over 50 different countries

As a result of both his mum and mum-in-law suffering through aggressive cognitive decline, he was captivated by the theory and practise behind the Bredesen Protocol – a blend of a strongly scientific framework and a passionately client-centric approach. He helped Jean and Charmaine to found CogMission in 2017

Walter’s main focus within CogMission is to ensure that the business and client-facing processes keep up with the growth of CogMission’s clients and service, while ensuring that professional standards and client care are at the forefront of our objectives
