Jackie is a registered Nutritional Therapist with a strong background in Functional Medicine.
With a deep understanding of how food, nutrients, and lifestyle factors influence health, Jackie helps shape CogMission’s approach to preventing cognitive decline through evidence-based nutritional strategies. Her expertise spans metabolic health, autoimmunity, endocrine balance, and the gut-brain connection, ensuring that CogMission’s programmes integrate cutting-edge research with practical, personalised interventions.
Jackie qualified as a Registered Nutritional Therapist after three years of study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in Edinburgh. Her training was rooted in Functional Medicine, equipping her with the tools to address the root causes of chronic health conditions. She is a graduate of Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP-UK), has completed IFM’s Advanced Clinical Training in Reversing Cognitive Decline, and is a Cytoplan Licensed Practitioner for The Brain Health Programme.
Jackie is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
In her role at CogMission, Jackie is dedicated to advancing nutritional strategies for brain health, collaborating with our team to develop evidence-based solutions for cognitive resilience and longevity.
