We cover 6 topics over 6 weeks full of hands-on learning. The course sections help you to build a robust approach to maintaining and improving your brain health. All advice is grounded in scientific research and our workshop leaders are always on hand to help you customise advice to your own lifestyle and unique needs

Stress Reduction

Stress relief isn’t a simple switch. It’s personal, and until you manage it well, you may not realise its huge impact on health.

Good Sleep

Think your sleep routine is solid? Shift work or travel interfering? Learn how sleep affects brain health and cultivate restorative rest, even under stress.

Exercise

Exercise is essential, but not always easy. Learn to maximise both body and mind benefits, plus practical tips for finding a routine that suits you.

Hormone Regulation

Hormones shape more than cycles. Learn to balance them for better cognition, stress resilience, and productivity – harnessing biology for sharper focus, improved mood, and brain health.

Building a community

Not just during the programme but also after completion, you will build a community with the other participants. We love seeing how bringing people together fosters a shared experience and on most of the programmes we have run participants regularly keep in contact through WhatsApp groups.

Price

The workshop takes place every Thursday for a period of six weeks 6pm – 7.30pm. There is a total of six modules that we will cover over six weeks at cost of £295.
